Welcome to School Induct
Thank
you for volunteering to assist in our school. Volunteers are an
integral part of the school personnel and we appreciate you giving your
time.
This online
course has been designed specifically to provide our volunteers with
all the induction and Occupational Health & Safety
(OH&S) information needed to begin your role within our school.
It also sets out the essential rights and obligations for you and the school.
You will be required to answer a series of questions throughout the course to show that you understand this information.
When you
complete the course, you will be issued a certificate which shows your
results as well as the questions and answers. This is the school's
permanent record and proof that you have undertaken the training and
that you understood the requirements of performing your role within our
school.
The course must be completed by you and achnowledged electronically. You cannot under any circumstances ask someone to complete this course on your behalf.
Your
safety, the safety of your colleagues and the safety of the
students you come into contact with during your work can all be
affected by your failure to complete this induction yourself.
